Shopping cart function From now on, multiple tickets can be purchased at the same time, which is particularly useful for bicycle tickets and the new 1st class surcharge. New MVV fare products From January 1, 2026, the MVV fare system will offer supplementary tickets for 1st class. These tickets entitle the holder to travel in 1st class on approved regional trains (SPNV) throughout the entire MVV network. A supplementary ticket for a single journey and a monthly ticket (which can be issued with validity from any day), both valid for the entire network, are available. The supplementary ticket is only valid in conjunction with a ticket valid within the MVV fare zone.

Lots of bugs, overly complicated

When it works, it‘s great. Often likes to break down or create repeated errors right at the moment when you need a ticket. Don’t count on it…it’s good to have a paper ticket in your pocket, just in case.

The app kept giving errors but kept charging the credit card multiple times. Not reliable for buying tickets.

Seit kurzem findet die App keine Haltestellen mehr. Adressensuche funktioniert, Haltestellen aber bleiben leer – egal ob „Haltestellen in der Nähe“ oder Direkteingabe.
Es erscheint einfach … nichts.

Damit ist die App leider 100 % unbrauchbar.

Unusable

I’ve tried a half dozen times on two different phones but have found the app unusable. I’ve tried searching for tickets, checking routes, etc but I cannot even create a user login. No matter what I am doing after about thirty seconds the app closes. I’ve come close trying to rush and enter personal details but have been unable to even get to the point where I can create a user account/login.
