Lots of bugs, overly complicated
When it works, it‘s great. Often likes to break down or create repeated errors right at the moment when you need a ticket. Don’t count on it…it’s good to have a paper ticket in your pocket, just in case.

Multiple duplicate charges
The app kept giving errors but kept charging the credit card multiple times. Not reliable for buying tickets.
Complicated … useless
Totally useless application unless you want to know the train times.
If you want to buy a ticket you need to add persons (including birthdate) but you cannot simply buy several tickets.
You simply want a group ticket for going from A to Z they then ask you about the Zones (which are a Munich specialty dating of the last century to keep out foreigners of the city…)
Make you app simple !!
