Lots of bugs, overly complicated
When it works, it‘s great. Often likes to break down or create repeated errors right at the moment when you need a ticket. Don’t count on it…it’s good to have a paper ticket in your pocket, just in case.
Multiple duplicate charges
The app kept giving errors but kept charging the credit card multiple times. Not reliable for buying tickets.

Seit kurzem findet die App keine Haltestellen mehr. Adressensuche funktioniert, Haltestellen aber bleiben leer – egal ob „Haltestellen in der Nähe“ oder Direkteingabe.
Es erscheint einfach … nichts.

Unusable
I’ve tried a half dozen times on two different phones but have found the app unusable. I’ve tried searching for tickets, checking routes, etc but I cannot even create a user login. No matter what I am doing after about thirty seconds the app closes. I’ve come close trying to rush and enter personal details but have been unable to even get to the point where I can create a user account/login.

When creating a user account within the app, a “registration mail” will be sent (subject: “email_special_account_confirmation_subject”, content: “email_special_account_confirmation”).
After failing to click the non-existing registration link in the mail, the account will be blocked, and no further tickets can be bought. Existing “Streifenkarte”-credit becomes unusable, too.
The whole registration system seems utterly untested, and leaves paying customers with credit that cannot be spent. Completely unacceptable.

völlig Nutzlos - total crap
Die “Echtzeit-Informationen” stimmen nur, wenn die S-Bahn pünktlich ist, sidnalso vollkommen nutzlos. Für alles andere (Verbindungssuche, Tickets, Störungsmeldungen) ist die MVG Fahrinfo App tausend Mal besser.
Planner default
A good app, but ... The Planner field defaults to "current location", which makes it difficult to "plan" unless one's current location is where one wishes to travel from. How do I disable this default? Please advise. Thanks.
