Cannot sign up with a phone and no alternative option. Phone number is a uk number and provider is tuebici

Useless app. Can’t even make an account

It asks for your phone number to text you a PIN. I entered it in the correct country code format and it never texts me anything. It won’t give an option for an alternative way around it either. I can’t call anyone so I’m left unable to use this service in any way. Very disappointed.
