Awful Service

My group tried 4 “electric bikes” on which none of the electricity worked. The brakes and handlebars on many of the bikes were broken, and the bike parking spots are very sparsely populated. Strongly advise against using this service.

Americans Cannot Sign Up

This app will not let me register without a local phone number. A tourist is more likely to want to rent a bike than a local. Seems like a big oversight.

Still waiting for my pin…

My family and I were staying in Łomza Poland for the week. We wanted to rent bikes to explore the city, but when we scanned the QR code and downloaded the app, we were unable to receive a pin for our american phone number. we found this very frustrating and we were bummed.
