Suspension ?

Bonjour, je trouve vos vélos très bien dans l’ensemble. Par contre ce serait bien de prévoir des suspensions car les routes de Mulhouse sont par endroits en mauvais état. Merci d’avance

Needs sing up options other than phone number

Should have an option to sign up with email. For whatever reason my phone wasn’t getting texts so I couldn’t get a PIN to make an account. I did every troubleshooting available and still didn’t work.

Avoid - undocumented fees and allows locking in area then fines you later

Will never use again avoid this - they allow you to lock a bike in an area and shows a cost for the ride of €0.80 they then impose a fine of €20 without notice and without information. App intentionally designed to withhold information about drop off zones.
The app does not link to costs or fees but gives 404 error pages in app and does not warn at point of locking
Left bike adjacent to cycle parking area and shown a ride cost of $0.80 with no working then hit retrospectively with a fee
