Awful Service

My group tried 4 “electric bikes” on which none of the electricity worked. The brakes and handlebars on many of the bikes were broken, and the bike parking spots are very sparsely populated. Strongly advise against using this service.

Americans Cannot Sign Up

This app will not let me register without a local phone number. A tourist is more likely to want to rent a bike than a local. Seems like a big oversight.

Doesn’t let you create account

Never sent SMS despite using two phone numbers

Still waiting for my pin…

My family and I were staying in Łomza Poland for the week. We wanted to rent bikes to explore the city, but when we scanned the QR code and downloaded the app, we were unable to receive a pin for our american phone number. we found this very frustrating and we were bummed.

Doesn’t work with U.S. number

I tried to sign up with my US number. Entered +1 beforehand, duh. I can receive verification texts from other services but never get one from this app. Tried five times. Emailed support Twice over a week. Never heard back.

No US support

Doesn’t support United States users

Message with PIN

The PIN number does not arrive to my phone. I have a UK phone number and trying to get a code for WRM (Wroclaw, Poland). Tried multiple times from Polish and the UK territory. Nothing. Can’t log in, can use my account.

Keeps changing me money

Tried to open a bike code wasn’t working no customer support help and the app just kept going charging me money
Very bad experience

Terrible app. Dumb developers

Please can we just think critically. What is the reason I would need to rent a bike? Probably because I’m not from where I’m trying to rent the bike. This means I probably won’t have a phone number where I’m trying to rent the bike. Why is the only possible way to verify my identity by using my phone number then???

J’appelle l’assistance et on me dit de supprimer puis re-rentrer moi-même mes informations bancaires.

Non.

* assistance électrique qui ne fonctionne pas
* vélos parfois dans un état limite
* application instable
* locations qui ne se terminent pas correctement
* facturations incohérentes

Didn’t work

Couldn’t even get registered. Soooo stupid.

Sweet deal until it isn’t!

The bike locks are unreliable, not only you have to contact the support that something doesn’t open / close on a regular basis.
Yesterday something went wrong with returning the bike. I didn’t notice that until 9pm when I was charged about 125 euros. Someone used the bike I returned for the whole day.
Support just says it’s your problem not theirs and conversation is closed

Never got a verification message

App looks nice- but it was essentially not functional for me. I downloaded it so that I could use WienMobile Rad. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sign in as I never got a verification code on my US (+1) number.

Registration doesn’t work

No response from help phone number or email address

Bikes don’t return properly

Had a few occasions where the bikes do not return properly meaning I get charged for it. The worst being an €8 charge plus €35 service fee??? Why am I getting charged €43 euros because your app doesn’t work? Customer support is no help either. Save yourself the money.

Sign up process is ridiculous

Pin numbers that never show up, no way to reset anything - unusable because there is no way to verify identity other than phone number and the PIN number never shows up. Boo.

Horrible

Used my American phone number it keep saying it sent the code I’m not receiving it though
