Hi, we suppose that by bus pass you perhaps mean the Deutschlandticket? A Deutschlandticket subscription can only be displayed in the app when the mobile version was chosen. It would be great if you could send us an email from your registered email address to appsupport@bvg.de so that we can check your request, in regard to this and also in regard to the registration of the credit card! 💛
European credit card required to use

Hello, thank you very much for your feedback. We currently only accept cards from the European Economic Area (EEA). You can only add a credit card from the European Economic Area to the app. If possible. Your BVG Team 💛

Hi, Thanks for sharing this! That shouldn’t happen when you just want a ticket. Please send us details (device, OS, payment method) to appsupport@bvg.de so we can check this individually and get you rolling without debugging 💛
