Zero Stars - paid over £40 for one ride!
Outrageous to charge over £40 for one ride, after I had pre paid for a 30 min package and stayed under the 30 min. There were problems with the “end ride” function in the app and it didn’t fully log me out. No warning or anything from the app, just happily stealing money from a pregnant woman who tried the make a healthier choice. I could have spared myself the headache and discomfort of having to deal with this dragged out case. And couldn’t taken a taxi cheaper than this ridiculously expensive bike ride! Never seen anything like it from any other app. Clearly there was a mistake in the system, and other apps like uber ride would aknowledge it and return in full. But not Donkey!

Ouch! 40 sounds like a lot, did you perhaps receive a penalty for ending a rental outside a drop-off? Our rentals end when you follow the end rental procedure and receive a receipt, sounds like here this didn't happen and you closed the app before the rental ended. Even if you forget to end the rental correctly, if you have allowed our app to send notifications, you will be able to see at all times you have a bike rented, even on your lock screen. As we cannot rent out bikes if you keep them rented however, you of course have to pay for this time.
