An expensive ride!

Was great to get on a bike and get moving in the sunshine to get home from work…even better to be powered by electric up all those redway slopes! But the ride was more expensive than a taxi! Now I’m all for moving over static but please make the Dott rides more affordable. If you want to encourage people to get moving and using the redways, make your off the cuff bike hire pricing cheaper than a taxi ride home please 🚴‍♀️

Phone holder and poor quality

My phone fell twice, and the road wasn’t even that bumpy. So the phone holder, the acceleration, and overall the quality of the bike was by far far worse than Lime. I regret purchasing the monthly pass.

The customer service is 90% ai and they make it impossible to speak to a human, will overcharge you constantly and take ages to refund basic robbery
