Poorly maintained scooter fleet
Many of the bikes are damaged, the breaks on my last one were scary bad. All the phone holders are broken and sadly they don’t appear to get much love on maintenance.
Worst service ever
It takes forever for them to validate your licence. They asked for additional information, which I provided immediately, and then… nothing. I had every document they requested, even paid for an international driving permit just to make sure everything was covered, yet I never received a response.
Worst service I’ve ever experienced. At this point, they’re just losing money because of their own incompetence. If you’re planning to use their service while traveling, I’d recommend starting the validation process at least six months in advance—maybe then it’ll be approved in time.

Nothing works
Horrible I tried using my Florida id and it doesn’t work then tried using a Dominican Republic id and that didn’t work. So it has me wondering what is the point of this app. NOT FOR TOURISM
