Tried multiple different emails and trying to use a different phone number nothing will work

Was charged €20 for 61 minutes in Florence - avoid!

Updates to fix bugs create more bugs

No faulty scooter button

Jumped on a slow/faulty scooter

My partners scooter was fast and mine wasn’t

Tried to find a button. To alert faulty scooter and swap for different one- there isn’t

Had to pay €2+ time spent on partner scooter to swap

The second scooter was also faulty so has to swap back on to first scooter- another €2

Now spent at least $6 on swapping FAULTY scooters and there is no refund button

It was a waste of time to enter in all my information and documents just to have this not work at all

Was really excited to use these on our holiday but wasted so much time trying to get it set up to finally realise it won’t accept any UK documentation

You have to jump through so many hoops to get started

Gave up and downloaded Dott instead which takes seconds to get started on

App asked to charge first and only then disclosed that you must be a citizen of the EU to access the bikes

What’s worse is that you were able to skip this process before only for it to be required later

Their phone stand didn’t even hold my phone properly

My iPhone 11 Pro fell out of the holder in the middle of the ride and I smashed the entire screen

For your own sake, don’t use this app - you’re better off walking than using this garbage
