Sur une le frein arrière était cassé, il faut entretenir cela car nous avons été prudents ! J’ai pris cette trottinette mais pour un plus jeune ça aurait pu être dangereux voilà pourquoi 3 étoiles mais sinon la balade est magnifique

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This piece of rubbish company scams you for your money. So many bugs. It doesn’t let you park close by you have to keep riding and riding and riding until your 5 miles away from your desired location until it finally decides you’re okay to park. You have to then walk back under the burning sun because this horrible company decides you can’t park under designated parking spots because it doesn’t suit the system. Please don’t rent a scooter and get scammed.

Nichts funktioniert, wir haben es mit 5 verschiedenen Kreditkarten versucht, garnichts klappt in dieser App. Wie wollt ihr so Geld verdienen wenn es so extrem kompliziert endlich mal eine Kreditkarte hinzuzufügen. Schlechteste App die ich je hatte!!!!!! Sogar ein Stern ist zu viel!

Runterladen, anmelden, auf der Karte nach einem Roller suchen, per Apple Pay bezahlen und am Ende über die App die Fahrt beenden.

Strhne 5 euro a pak chce nahrát občanský a řidičský průkaz. Ani jeden dokument jsem neměl u sebe takže jsem registraci ukončil. Nepřijel jsem se ani metr a jsem 5e minus. 😡

Very expensive and took extra money with no reason
My boyfriend and I used the service a few times in Pisa in July 2026. The rate includes a €1 unlock fee (we didn't understand this extra charge or why they applied it). On top of that, for each trip, they also added an extra fee ranging from €0.40 to €1.50.
For example, one trip lasted 20.14 minutes. At €0.28 per minute, the ride cost €5.64, plus the €1 unlock fee, which should have totalled €6.64. Instead, they charged us €7.09, meaning there was an extra €0.45taken.
For another trip of 25.41 minutes, the ride should have cost €7.11 (at €0.28/min — I corrected this because 25.41 × 0.28 = 7.11, not 5.64). Adding the €1 unlock fee gives €8.11. But they charged us €8.53, which is an extra €1.42.
No recommend to get it!!!

App is Broken & Support is Non-Existent.
DO NOT RENT from this app if you value your time, money, and sanity. I am an experienced tech user and I tried literally everything to bypass their system glitches, but nothing worked.
I spent 1.5 hours of my vacation trying to end a rental across 5 different official parking hubs in Viareggio. The app explicitly displayed the green zone and said "Park here," but whenever I tried to close the ride, it threw a false "Impossible parking" error.
I tried every troubleshooting method possible: toggling airplane mode, forcing GPS updates, parking millimeter-perfect near other scooters, using pause-then-end loops—nothing. The hardware/software integration is completely broken.
To make it worse, customer support is an absolute joke. Nobody answers the emergency phone number, there is no English option, and app/email support went completely dark for hours. I had to freeze my bank card to stop the countdown from draining my account.
Save yourself the humiliation of walking around like an idiot under the sun trying to get rid of a broken scooter. Avoid BIT Mobility at all costs.

They take your money for subscription, and after they ask for identity verification. If you dont have your id on you, you just lose 7 Euros.

Die erste Fahrt ging ganz einfach durch Bezahlen. Nach ein paar Kilometern stellte ich den Roller ab. Für die Rückfahrt war nun plötzlich Ausweis oder Führerschein erforderlich. Den hatte ich nicht dabei und musste deshalb die ganze Strecke zu Fuß zurückgehen!
