Camera doesnt focus, documents dont upload, really expensive, scooters are pretty bad too and app ui is hard to use. Not good experience

Very poor app
It takes very long time to load and it doesn’t support half of the world’s curriers, i never been able to recive OTP despite multiple tries from 2 diffrent numbers
Works just fine, no issues at all. Rode 2 scooters for two occasions.
You just have to fill in basic information such as name, email, number, and then give them the front and back of your license with a selfie. Mine took 3 tries and then it worked. I was able to use two scooters and end them both right away successfully. The deposit they take they refund you right when you end it. I had no issues with this.

Problems Closing Out Rental
They have difficulty closing out your rental. It’s like they designed the app to overcharge you by not allowing you to close out the rental. It’s happened to me back to back now, and I need to start looking for a better scooter rental!

Painfully Slow, Just Walk!
There are way too many regulations for this app, asking for drivers license and then a postcode but did not accept a U.K. postcode or anywhere foreign outside of Italy. Not tourist friendly at all. Save your time and walk

These scooters will kill you. Cars try to race and drunk people break their bones on these things.
Terrible App and terrible product
App is extremely glitchy and will not load properly. Scooter we attempted to use had mechanical issues and wouldn’t work properly.

- first 15min ride free? Nah, charge 1 EUR for unlock;
- pay as you go? Nah, automatic top-up of a useless app wallet;
- customer support? Nah, app deflection & “go study our articles” in emails;
- report “fraudulent chargeback” to your bank about the app operation;
- uninstall, there is enough alternatives.

Kept charging my debit card even after I left the country!
Garbage
It won’t let me open without an sms code, yet it won’t send me the code. No way to get help or support. A waste of time.
Worked quickly
I was able to sign up using Apple, and pay with Apple Pay, all within 2-3 mins of downloading the app. Excellent.
Speedy!
Great for traveling in Italy. Worked no problem as a Canadian, contrary to other reviews.
Fraud
This app is not secure right after using it someone tried to use my Apple Card on Alitalia for two $3,200 purchases. I haven’t used my card on anything in Italy just this app.
