Unreliable
I booked a car 7 days in advance, for a daytrip. I requested a Jeep for 5 people, gas. Instead, they brought a Fiat 500 for 4 people, electric. They told me they didn’t have my car available.
I had to rearrange the whole trip, find another car for the other person, find electric chargers along the route…
On top of that, the car I booked included unlimited mileage. The one they brought didn’t. So now i have to pay extra due to their lack of planification.
They gave me a 20€ credit, which is useless because obviously i will NEVER use this service again.

Never let me get the rent or reserve the car
Made an account and tried to reserve a car wouldn’t allow me to reserve it then found an car and tried to pay for while at the car didn’t allow me to pay/start it called customer service 4 times and nobody never answered. Wouldn’t recommend renting from Free2Move
Scammers!
This app takes advantage of users and then fails to offer any type of customer support. If the car won’t start, good luck because you have to send an email and wait at least 2 days for a response. At the end of a trip I had to add gas and followed the instructions for reimbursement, conveniently the refund button was greyed out and the only option was a credit. I sent an email a month ago and no one responded. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Also the car was $100 a day! Way too expensive!
