We had a great experience renting this car. It was very comfortable and perfect for long-distance trips. Alakbar was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. We truly appreciated the excellent service and would highly recommend renting from them!

Au moindre litige ils ne vous répondent pas et chargent votre CB d’un montant arbitraire. J’ai fais le plein sur le dernier véhicule loué (94€) pour 40l en diesel sur un utilitaire (utilisé à moitié du plein d’origine). La jauge ne montait pas et quand je leur ai indiqué ils ne m’ont plus recontacté et facturé +de 80€ supplémentaires pour le plein. J’ai le reçu du pompiste mais ça ne suffit pas. Dernière fois que j’utiliserai Getaround. Au final j’en ai eu pour 320€ pour 2j. Entre les pleins et la location ça fait cher pour 300km utilisés. Je suis écœuré

I rented a car through Getaround for the first time. Unfortunately, the vehicle had several issues that should have been identified before the rental began from its owner. While the experience with the car itself was disappointing, Getaround, as the middleman that I faced, handled the situation professionally.
After reviewing the evidence I provided, their support team stepped in, listened carefully, and treated me fairly and with respect as a customer. They worked with me to reach an outcome that left me satisfied despite what had been a very disappointing experience.
Things can go wrong from time to time, but what matters is how a company responds, and Getaround responded exactly as I would hope from a professional platform.
Because of the way they handled the situation, I would happily use Getaround again and recommend them to others. Thank you to the Getaround team for the excellent customer service.
