La peor experiencia

Como mi tarjeta ID de mi país no escaneo en su APP, me solicitaron el pasaporte el cual no tenía al momento. Aún siendo ciudadana americana me exigieron el pasaporte para poder alquilar el vehículo. Me refirieron que iban a cancelar y reembolsar. Y nunca sucedió. Simplemente me quitaron 1,166 sin haber utilizado NINGÚN SERVICIO. Fue la peor experiencia. No lo recomiendo.
