App is useless
Booked 2 trips on europcar site, downloaded the app, both rides are showing there. On click they say: api rate limit exceeded. This bug persists for more than 10 days, how come?
Very bad customer service
Very, very bad customer service also when you hide, they’re gonna give you different Car so don’t pay too much

I could import my booking with its reference but when I try to check in I have an error

No need to try again
Whenever I am about hire a car I try you. Unfortunately, I can’t go through to choose a car section on your app. I delated the Euro car app. I don’t think I try again.
