This was my first time renting through Turo. I was unsure about what to expect, extremely cautious, but anxious at the same time.. my trip could not have been better.

Made a reservation two months early in preparation for a wedding. Turo cancelled my trip days before the event, and now all the options are $50+ more. Their policy is that they cannot give you a credit to make up for the difference. Go with a more reliable company that won’t leave you high and dry

Poorly Designed Parking Fee System
The airport parking fee system is poorly designed and frequently calculates parking charges incorrectly.
As a host, I have been charged unexpected or incorrect parking fees multiple times, even when everything was handled properly. What makes it worse is that customer support often refuses to refund these incorrect charges. Turo needs to fix the parking fee calculation system and provide a fair process for hosts to dispute charges. This has become extremely frustrating for hosts who manage multiple vehicles.
