Amazing what else can I say
We have used Turo twice now and it’s been amazing, the service and the ease it’s outstanding no pushy sales people, the cars are what you pay for and the people you rent from are always there for you

App won’t open anymore
Hi the app won’t open any more, just goes to black screen. I can get emails messages from it but can not reply or even get it. Help page was no help.

I rent cars from my own pleasure. HONESTLY between rental companies & Turo, I always go to Turo first! Once you create a great reputation with them, I’m telling you it’s so much better than going to any rental company!!!!!! Pick up time to tight and app is temperamental
First I find a thirty minute window far too tight when you are flying into a city in my case San Diego Intnl and the pick up 30 minutes away. Second - I coukd not get the check out option to work but I sent messages to host time of drop off with photos. I then got a message I was late when in fact I dropped off the car 3 hours early. Be aware they will cancel on you
So I had rented from Turo several times before, they had all my info. I was on the flight and they had my license information and they canceled my vehicle and gave it to someone else so I was left scrambling and not able to get another car right away. So disappointing i’m not able to leave a bad review for the original group on turo trying to rent me a car- LA Auto Spot Denver- they are the worst!

Do not use!!
Go to Avis or enterprise. These people will try and scam you as best they can. I am currently indispute with a host who gave me a 5 star review and 6 hours later told me they are filing a claim for a scratch I know I did not do or cause.
