This was my first time renting through Turo. I was unsure about what to expect, extremely cautious, but anxious at the same time.. my trip could not have been better.

Stick with regular rentals
Made a reservation two months early in preparation for a wedding. Turo cancelled my trip days before the event, and now all the options are $50+ more. Their policy is that they cannot give you a credit to make up for the difference. Go with a more reliable company that won’t leave you high and dry

Poorly Designed Parking Fee System
The airport parking fee system is poorly designed and frequently calculates parking charges incorrectly.
As a host, I have been charged unexpected or incorrect parking fees multiple times, even when everything was handled properly. What makes it worse is that customer support often refuses to refund these incorrect charges. Turo needs to fix the parking fee calculation system and provide a fair process for hosts to dispute charges. This has become extremely frustrating for hosts who manage multiple vehicles.

It’s super easy to rent a car less than 5 min just ur debit card/credit card driver license n that’s it :)

The Kia Soul got us from point A to point B easily. It was easy to drive and even easier to park! Thomas was a great host.
Easy pick up & drop off
I’d choose Turo again because it lets me skip the rental car lines, I know exactly which car I’ll be driving, and it can be delivered right to my preferred location and time.

Convenient and easy
So convenient! I sincerely appreciate the ability to rent a car that fits my budget and easily to access.
Trip cancelled randomly and account in bad standing.. I just signed up.
Just barely signed up, selected and paid for a trip for it to be cancelled out of nowhere. I then received a message stating my account is in bad standing? For what? Only god knows. Talked to a real person, chat bot, real person through chat and nobody knows! It's now been sent to a recovery team who will email me most likely days from now. Wonderful.

We rented a car in TN for the week. It was easy, convenient, and a great experience. I have only used Turo one other time and find it to be user friendly, safe, and reliable. I will use it again.

Customer service is awful
I ended up needing to rebook my booking under a different driver. The owner confirmed the price wouldn't go up, but when I rebooked, it ended up doubling. After spending hours on the phone with Turo, they ended up saying the system sets the price, even though the owner wants to honor the original price and we needed to pay almost double. I used to love Turo, but now I'm going to try some of the competition.
