Hertz App Stinks!
It took 5 tries to get this app set up. It should have taken me 10 minutes and it took a total of 1.5 hours to make one simple reservation.
Cannot modify add ons
They make it very easy to accidentally add additional charges but the app does not allow you to remove them! Scammy design.
Happy
I’m always happy to use Hertz. The cars are always clean and smell good on the inside. It’s always a great experience being able to pick out the car I like and return it.
Extremely dirty car
I’ve had over 18 years of trouble-free rentals with Hertz through a company’s corporate program until I rented a car from the Corona Ca. location Sept 2026, the car’s interior was extremely dirty, dusty, an 8” tear on the carpet, the car had over 118k miles on it, had issues with the car about two hours from Salt Lake City, thankfully I made to the Airport to exchange it
