Hertz very bed 👎🏻
I honestly regret choosing Hertz HZ.
The app simply doesn’t work. I paid for my reservation, uploaded all the required documents, and my account still wasn’t validated before collection.
Customer support was extremely disappointing. Every agent just kept telling me to “wait” without actually solving anything. One agent told me to complete the DCL form, but the link they provided only showed “Unexpected error. Please try again.” How am I supposed to complete a form that doesn’t even open?
There is no phone number to speak to a real person, so you’re left relying on live chat where nobody seems able to resolve technical issues.
This has been a very stressful experience, especially when your car collection date is approaching and your documents are still pending because of problems on their side.
I cannot recommend this service.

Do Not do the same mistake… the worst rental I ever had
Application complètement trompeuse!!!
Hertz nous met à disposition Une application qui est complètement à notre désavantage. Pourquoi ? Il n’y a aucun baromètre de consommation kilométrique à la semaine ! On nous montre une consommation Kilométrique globale sur la période complète de notre location. Donc nous consommons notre forfait global kilométrique en me prêtant pas attention. De la période de calcul de cette charmante entreprise qui trompe ses usager. Cela fait plusieurs fois que je contacte le service support par le chat ou par e-mail avec toujours les mêmes questions! Et on me répond toujours à côté de la plaque, sans aucune clarté pour pouvoir nous voler sur les frais kilométriques qui peuvent s’élever à des sommes de plus de 1000 €!! c’est bon faut pas abuser! Pour moi vous n’êtes qu’une bande de voleurs application est faite pour tromper les gens, je vous le redis. Donc faites bien attention les chauffeurs VTC. Et j’aimerais toujours avoir une explication claire car je n’ai eu aucune réponse jusqu’à maintenant.

Worst pco rental ever
The app is a shambles. Been unable to access the vehicle 3 times in 2 weeks. Funnily enough it all happened after 6pm and there customer support close at 6pm. This is the biggest scam going.
Horrible service
Don’t get a car from them. You have to use this app to start the car and it is always glitchy. Lots of problems and you can only chat to customer service. No one to call and all agents don’t care on helping you, although they know this is your livelihood. Not recommended at all.
