Terrible policies
I have rented a car in Daytona for a week I came here to be with my dad who’s dying. I called to extend my rental because. Family and I was told that I had to pay a rate $150 higher than a normal weekly rate because it was an extension they’re going to make me drive to the airport while my dad is actively dying to change the car and not pay the extra money. Such a ridiculous policy and feels

Dirty Cars make me cranky
I am really tired of getting dirty cars. The insides have been disgusting many times. I have to clean them myself and that is frequently unexpected use of my time. The vehicles could not be sanitized with gooey liquids everywhere.
Poor internet reservation site
Please make your reservation site logical and easy to figure out!
