OK when it works
If this app works, it’s fine, as good as any other rental app, no better. I’ve had nothing but problems where it won’t recognize my password and it makes me change it so I try to change it to what I thought it was and then it says, I can’t use it because it was my last password and just goes in endless cycles. Kind of frustrating. If I didn’t have to rent a vehicle for work every month and enterprise is the only reasonably located rental agency, I probably wouldn’t ever use this app.

Have had excellent experience booking and using Enterprise. Rarely have to go to another company because I didn't book before there were. Needed vehicles available.
