Would be nice to have a save button when selecting a vehicle. Had to cancel twice to update something on my profile. Very frustrating.

For some reason the app doesnโt give vehicle details like features the vehicle has but website does. If Iโm taking the time to download an app and use it, when I could really just go to the website that has more features, it makes me want to delete the app.
Rents dirty cars with dog hair and bugs potatoe chips no exchange to switch fraud !
Naomi in Novato location and Jon Hirate never switched our car that was filthy dirty also insurance fraud in my rental asking for car that was covered charged my car amber in San Rafael then they put me in do not rent they are unprofessional

I just left there the same employees from this location looked in whisper to her co worker in he said everything was booked up

I almost always have good experiences with enterprise just on some occasions I struggle to get a rental especially when I have to go through National but they do offer friendly service

App works ok, pretty painless to use and not a barrage of ads.
Setting / resetting passwords is glitchy. It says the pws donโt match when I can clearly see they do and I use cut and paste anyway. 3 times later were good to go.

I booked a vehicle 8 months prior to me going on a trip and they didnโt have a vehicle for me on the day of my trip. I was heartbroken and angry at the same time! Stay away from this place!!!

Trying changing payment methods
Use to actually think the app was great. But, try changing your payment method at check in and its cluster. After 7 times I just quit. Even after changing my โpreferredโ method to the new card. Still failed.
