Extremely Buggy App
This app along with the website is so buggy. I rent regularly for business and it never works properly. I always end up just calling in. This has also made me lose out on discounts because the app won’t work right and the phone support “can’t apply” the email discounts. It makes me wonder if it’s intentional technical issues.

Phone number field wouldn’t accept my number.
The reservation phone number field wouldn’t allow my number to be inputted. Other numbers were fine just not a number beginning in 678
OK when it works
If this app works, it’s fine, as good as any other rental app, no better. I’ve had nothing but problems where it won’t recognize my password and it makes me change it so I try to change it to what I thought it was and then it says, I can’t use it because it was my last password and just goes in endless cycles. Kind of frustrating. If I didn’t have to rent a vehicle for work every month and enterprise is the only reasonably located rental agency, I probably wouldn’t ever use this app.

Books cars easily however it is still glitchy. For example, the check in process rarely works. Often gives error message that the session has timed out despite only just starting the check in process.
