Can’t sign in
My email and password work on avis website but don’t work on the app, it says I entered wrong information. Useless app, I am just deleting it.
Corrupt company/horrible customer service
Stay away from this company, 50% of the time there is always something wrong with the car, no windshield wiper fluid, smells like smoke inside, dings everywhere and will expect u to pay for it if you don’t have proof it wasn’t there before,engine light on/oil levels, etc.. also the points system is corrupt, last I looked they were going to charge me 2100 for one free day when the base price was $42 (which should have been 700 points) but customer service makes up or just doesn’t even check what your talking about and says some BS response.

Disappointment
Disappointment of a car rental place as always. Provide card after card for the reservation and even though I accidentally leave the physical at home there’s just ABSOLUTELY no possible way to use them. They must put a hold on all my checking account and do a credit check AND keep my money at least 2 weeks. And THEN when you cancel the reservation they get to keep $50! Great scam of a company you got going. And I’m stranded. Thanks.
