We had an outstanding experience with Avis from beginning to end. The home delivery service was absolutely exceptional and made everything so easy. The team was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring.
We did have an issue with our first vehicle because the third-row seats would not fold down, but the team reacted immediately. They quickly picked up the vehicle and delivered a replacement without any hassle. Their responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive.

This is by far the best car rental app I have used in the US. Clean UI, quick and easy to understand selection of cars and upfront pricing. Love the app.

Class of car changed after booking
I reserved a premium wagon in the app but after the confirmation was sent it was for a compact car. Need to cancel and reserve again.
