If you’re used to Zipcar this app is less than functional
I’ve only used for booking so far but I’m used to Zipcar and their app was super good. Properly designed for smooth user experience. I had to come off the booking page to go to Google maps to see location of cars to choose them. Honestly 🤷🏻♀️ isn’t it just basic to show car locations in relation to your search location??

Check upcoming available reservation slots not there. If that would be there it would have been good
What good is an app i can’t use.
Anyone with an iPhone X or older has basically been blocked from using the app, as the new version requires ios17, which is not supported on the iPhone X and older.
Can’t even use older versions of the app- they just insist you update with no recourse.
How am i supposed to unlock or drop off a vehicle without a working app??

App Support Non-Existent
I’ve tried to find a way to contact the developer and app support without any luck. I’ve tried everywhere. For context I’m using an Apple iPhone SE(latest gen all up to date) I can log in to the website but keep getting an error when I try to dig in to the app. No matter what I do, I’ve never been able to use the app because I can’t log in. I get an error every time that says I’ve put in the wrong password but the same password works on the website. I’ve tried resetting it in the app and the new one is t recognised. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve changed the password only to encounter the same error the next time I try to log in. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it. I’ve cleared the caches. I’ve turned the phone on and off. I mean there’s nothing that works, so I actually don’t know how the app works because I’ve never been able to use it.

Awful app, poor setup
I’ve been hiring cars through enterprise car club for over 8 months. Their app is truly awful and the availability of cars is poor. Their app rates are more expensive than zip car. When it works it’s ok, but half the battle is getting the app not to glitch out or lock or open the car in time. Thank god they have human beings to call for customer services but I noticed recently they removed the customer support number too!
