Careful about the price

The price displayed is definitely not the price you end up paying.

A 4-hour rental cost me around £100, which is very expensive. I would recommend looking for alternatives.

The app is also quite limited. It’s impossible to access your order history, which makes it difficult to keep track of past bookings.

Need improvement

The app doesn’t feel well designed. It’s too basic, complicated to use, and sometimes frustrating.

Fairly unstable

It's a pretty unstable app. I've had journeys disappear so I can't lock the car, payment methods drops off, and lots of issues with it not recognising my login. You can't update personal details in the app, you have to use the website. Also, when looking for cars, it shows the first line of the address so you have to click in to see the town or use the map - not ideal when you're not familiar with a place. Needs work.

Good Program but hidden costs

The app allows you to schedule and use ECC vehicles. There is a small risk that when using an EV that charging costs will not be reimbursed since most EV chargers do not provide a written receipt that meets the strict app requirements to get reimbursed.

Please improve usability

This app could use a lot of work. It’s a good start, but it needs polishing. The date and time collectors are slow and finicky. When you select a new start date, it should automatically move the end date based on the relative duration. Also, you should be able to search much more easily for availability of a given vehicle, instead of putting in a time first, and then choosing from all different vehicles. There is typically only one or a small number of vehicles nearby that I’m interested in using and would like to look at the available times for those specific vehicles.

Hopeless app

It’s not possible to view the terms and conditions when signing on without wiping the application and having to start again.

If you’re used to Zipcar this app is less than functional

I’ve only used for booking so far but I’m used to Zipcar and their app was super good. Properly designed for smooth user experience. I had to come off the booking page to go to Google maps to see location of cars to choose them. Honestly 🤷🏻‍♀️ isn’t it just basic to show car locations in relation to your search location??

Future Reservations

Check upcoming available reservation slots not there. If that would be there it would have been good

What good is an app i can’t use.

Anyone with an iPhone X or older has basically been blocked from using the app, as the new version requires ios17, which is not supported on the iPhone X and older.
Can’t even use older versions of the app- they just insist you update with no recourse.
How am i supposed to unlock or drop off a vehicle without a working app??

App Support Non-Existent

I’ve tried to find a way to contact the developer and app support without any luck. I’ve tried everywhere. For context I’m using an Apple iPhone SE(latest gen all up to date) I can log in to the website but keep getting an error when I try to dig in to the app. No matter what I do, I’ve never been able to use the app because I can’t log in. I get an error every time that says I’ve put in the wrong password but the same password works on the website. I’ve tried resetting it in the app and the new one is t recognised. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve changed the password only to encounter the same error the next time I try to log in. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it. I’ve cleared the caches. I’ve turned the phone on and off. I mean there’s nothing that works, so I actually don’t know how the app works because I’ve never been able to use it.

Awful app, poor setup

I’ve been hiring cars through enterprise car club for over 8 months. Their app is truly awful and the availability of cars is poor. Their app rates are more expensive than zip car. When it works it’s ok, but half the battle is getting the app not to glitch out or lock or open the car in time. Thank god they have human beings to call for customer services but I noticed recently they removed the customer support number too!

Easy to use

Easy to use and self explanatory. Especially if your like me and technology isn’t your forte.

App missing basic features

App missing basic futures. It needs to be added the option to load photos about the condition of the vehicle prior the start of the trip and also at the end of the trip to have a fair assessment of the vehicle’s condition. I use the car club on a regular basis, both corporate and personal, and features like this will considerably increase the quality of the service.

ZERO App does not even work total waste of time

Mediocre app bugs lags and cannor even sign u up total waste of time i will be reporting to the ico as rheu still stole my data DISGRACEFUL

Terrible App & Poor Customer Service

This application demonstrates significant shortcomings in both functionality and customer service. I encountered unprofessional behavior from several members of the Damage Recovery Team, which exacerbated an already frustrating situation.

After booking a vehicle, I discovered that it had pre-existing damages, which were not disclosed prior to rental. I had expected Enterprise to employ a thorough inspection process to ensure that all vehicles are roadworthy before being made available for rental. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Consequently, the company has unfairly placed the financial responsibility for these pre-existing damages on me, despite my lack of involvement in causing them.

I urge others to reconsider using this app, as there are far superior alternatives available. Furthermore, I plan to share my negative experience on social media to raise awareness about these issues.

Needs app renovation

Needs a new interface and they need to put down your mileage costs rather than just taking money straight away without breakdown available to see

No competition

Way more expensive than Zipcar was, and they also take charges slow, they will take the payment some hours after reservation and then take the tunnel fees later after that. So u gotta make sure there’s money there otherwise it’s put down as a warning or some rubbish. Also the app is basic you have to go to the website to actually see billing and trip info etc. Lack of competition, it’s the closest car club to how Zipcar operated.

Verification

The app says my type of license requires personal indoor verification instead of digital on. That’s really bad as slots availability is not that good and I have to waste 2 hours of my time for that.
Disappointing

The app is super buggy and the support is pretty hopeless

Look, like a lot of people, the only reason I’m using these guys is because Zip car closed down. And that’s probably why the support isn’t great because they don’t need it to be great as don’t have much, if any, competition for the Car club market.

It’s not a terrible epic experience, but it’s not that much better. And the signup process was laborious and cumbersome.

If you can avoid it, avoid it

If you have to live with it, then just know what your getting yourself in for

An Organisational Mess

We rented a van through an Enterprise branch for our flat move. A week before we were contacted by a sales rep pushing us to change our booking to the Car Club and setting us up with a free one-year membership. There was no issue with the van at the branch, but they were pushy so we made the switch to the Car Club rental. The night before our booking we got a call to say that our vehicle was not charging properly and that we would only be starting the day with 44% battery. We conceded, knowing we needed to do the move and we’d only be going a few miles at a time within the city. On the day of our booking, we arrived to find our van completely parked in, with the charging port about 2cm from the back of the vehicle and a public vehicle in front of us. Enterprise wasn’t really able to help us when we called, saying they couldn’t find us another van. I asked if they could find one for a different time window and they said nothing was available, but when I looked on the app I found one within the window we were asking about. If they had just left us with our original booking to pick up at the branch, we wouldn’t have had to deal with any of this mess on an already stressful moving day
