rented a car from Virtuo at Nice Airport on May 16. During the rental, the car key was not working properly, I received no support, and the car was not locking correctly through the app.
Virtuo later charged me €200 for a tiny scratch without proof that I caused it. The only evidence provided was photos taken three days before my rental. Despite several emails, they refused to refund the charge.
