Horrible pay system
What decade is this app from that it only has enough memory for one single payment system???
Changing cards, while not difficult, is more of a pain than ANY OTHER APP and shows the lack of awareness by budget on refusing to improve the app to the most basic standard level.

it took over 20 minutes to get past the counter that's with the reservations completed with the app then to pick the vehicle up I'm still waiting and it's been almost an hour this is unacceptable.
The worst Company
Dont book with them!!! They are scamming people out of your deposit and adding charges to your card without being notified.

$50 cancellation fee for canceling a week in advance is a rip off. I need to look for another provider with better terms.

Won’t take my saved credit card with Budget which is valid and works for me all the time when charging with other companies, so I have to manually enter another credit card.
Useless
Doesn’t list Guam as a location for fast break or location even though we have a budget office here. Can’t enter flight info. App was useless.

A very smooth rental experience. Traded up with no hassle, got in, got out, got back (2 weeks later), stepped out, stepped on, and flew home. The whole thing was a breeze.

WORST COMPANY STAY AWAY
I returned the car with full tank. Still they charged me $68. Stay away from these frauds.
If no other option, please take all the receipts and photos of the car before you return. They try to scam you in every possible way they can.

The worst company. Tried to login. They said they’ll send me email and didn’t. Called and system recognized me. A clown in the other line couldn’t find reservation or my name. Or phone number the system recognized by NAME. CEO. FIRE your clowns.

Crashes constantly
Ever since the most recent update, the app crashes before it even opens. Sometimes it takes 3-4 tries before it will open and let me sign in. After that it seems to work fine.

Upon arrival, there was a mixup on the rental pick up date The customer Rep was good and understanding about the date mix up that was done on line and she gave me the customer service 800 number while at the airport and they corrected it and I went back to the line , I was called back up and after a brief moment I on my way to pick up
