I have cancelled this because there is no option to pay now. I called customer services and they said they can’t change it to pay now either. So I have to cancel. Why is this, I don’t want to pay at the desk?
My experience with Budget
Budget make everything seamless and easy to navigate. Even having to cancel one leg of my reservation was easy and convenient

You get what you pay for
Only using budget because other companies are sold out. App does not give me a great deal of confidence that I’ll get what I’m expecting. Contradicts itself by saying I can save by pre-paying but never gives the option to do so. Crossing my fingers…
Stranded, didn’t care didn’t assist
Took my reservation and placed a hold on card but then didn’t have a car to actually drive. Then his coworker said we don’t want cars going to America anyway.

Show up at midnight at the Orlando airport location to pick up my vehicle. There were about 15 to 20 people in line and one person to process everyone. Line never moved. Went down to enterprise and got a nice vehicle, right away.

Quick and easy
My rentals at the TPA location were quick and painless. Easy in and easy out for pickup and return. Attendants were helpful and courteous. Will use whenever I am in the area.
Horrible Customer Service
I called customer service today to move the pickup time on my reservation four hours earlier due to a change in flights. The customer service representative that I spoke with told me that he had made the change to my reservation and that there would be no additional charge.
Several minutes later I received not one, but two confirmation emails from Budget. The first one stated that they cancelled my original reservation and the second one had my new, updated reservation.
Then came the shocker. The cost of my rental with the requested change had increased several hundred dollars. And this was after I was assured that there would be no increase in price!
I immediately called Budget again and spoke with a customer service representative who reviewed everything that had happened and told me there was nothing she could do to help me.
I then asked to speak with a supervisor. She put me on hold for several minutes and then told me they were all busy but that someone would call me back soon. That was several hours ago.

Richmond Airport Rental
Would be a 5 star but the Richmond Airport in Virginia especially for those late flights coming in I experienced that only 1 person running the counter to include regardless of having a valid reservation you wouldn’t be guaranteed a car as you arrive. I got to the airport at 11pm and did not leave with a vehicle until 3am due to no vehicles and only one person working the counter.
