Buggy but good

The app works and I like many features like the availability indicator on the map around each location pin, the damage collection when you book something, and the ease of use. But during booking the „additional services“ section is completely unusable. Prices are shown without label, so you could pay 19€ without knowing what you are even paying for.

Vorsicht Abzocke!

Ich habe den Service genutzt um mir für eine Stunde einen Transperter bei OBI zu mieten.
Was mir leider nicht direkt aufgefallen ist, dass während des Buchungsprozessses in der App ohne jeden Hinweis plötzlich kostenpflichtige Zusatzoptionen aktiviert werden, die man aktiv wieder abwählen muss, wenn man sie nicht in Anspruch nehmen möchte. Ersichtlich wird das leider erst, wenn man nach Auswahl des Buchungsdatums auf Verdacht ein ganzes Stück runter scrollt oder auf den voraussichtlichen Preis klickt. Auf Nachfrage zu dieser intransparenten Bevormundung reagierte der Support nur belehrend und absolut uneinsichtig, eine Erstattung wurde abgelehnt.

Ich hatte einen Sprinter gemietet. Dieser konnte dann aber leider nicht verwendet werden, da das Fahrzeug defekt war.. Ich musste deshalb meinen Umzug spontan Verschieben... So etwas sollte nicht passieren
