Première réservation via numérique non confirmée, seconde réservation via centre d appel non confirmée , troisième réservation faite via centre d appel, le centre de location n était pas averti et n avait pas le véhicule….. je me suis présenté à 8h, j’ai reçu l annulation a 10h52. Incroyable !

Palerme

Facture abusive d’essence alors que le plein est effectué conformément aux instructions données par Europcar pour localiser la station la plus proche
Pas de contrôle du véhicule à la remise de celle-ci ( heureusement que nous avons pris des photos)
Europcar Palerme aéroport affirme que nous n’étions pas présent à la remise du véhicule alors que j’ai en ma possession un document signé par les deux parties a l’aéroport
Je ne renouvellerai pas mon expérience avec Europcar

Really? This UX in 2026?

Nothing is working. Our current rental booking isn’t showing despite being logged in. It keeps asking me to verify my email and phone number. When completed, it just keeps asking again. The phone number field produces the error: number already exists. Well duh!! That’s my number!!

App usable but noted minor issues.

I noticed if you leave app whilst booking car for example to get flight details,it goes back to start and you have to restart filling details in again. When I hit app to open the old app opens and freezes even after hitting new app icon.
