Pure Rip Off
To finalise the check in I HAD to choose a seat, no random seat selection possible. Then - what a surprise - only extra leg room seat apparently were available. So I had to pay extra, no choice. Was my first time in ages to fly with Eurowings again, unfortunately the quality has changed to the worse - Not going to chose Eurowings again.

Frustrated
I have already checked in online and I am trying to change my seat. Nowhere on the website can I find out how to do this. So frustrating!!!! I will look for a phone number but that is not obvious either. I don’t find the website easy to operate at all despite the fact that I use Eurowings several times a year.

Easy Booking
Very Straightforward Booking Process. Customer friendly.
Check-in process slow
Did not offer to scan my passport, had to enter manually. Credit card details (saved in browser) did not autopopulate. Unclear if my Lufthansa or United profile was accepted to be linked.

Took me two hours to check in. App is awful.
