It’s bad as it says

I tried to book in app and doesn’t let me through my birthday even it says adult. So I had to book it through website, I called to change the name bc it didn’t allow me at all and kept restarting. Plus it charged me money even though it says free. I absolutely hate this app and the system sucks.
