Keep having to enter my passport
I use the app regularly but even when logged in (they finally have my booking ready for me to check in- yay! Only took a few years) I have to regularly enter all my passport information every time- and that of my partner- very tedious and feels unnecessary
List of countries
There are no names on my trips for passengers - it would help a lot to see who is travelling when the list of tickets are displayed without having to into each one. Which is very annoying!

Also why is the name of nationalities and countries not
Listed in one category? Like Great Britain? Or United Kingston or Britain? On all my trips I booked they are different ways of listing why is this? Just UK or United Kingdom is the most used on the world, please please can this be changed to end the pain of having to scroll up and down a huge list of counties?

Flying Eurowings for first time. Downloaded the App for easy check in and was all there. Very good.
Rubbish
Down loaded this app. Thought it would make things easy. Waste of time. Couldn’t change sex or title on outward journey. Not even sure desk attendant could do this as on the inward journey it had male and Mr in the pre-filled boxes. Tried just going with the flow and reentered passport details. Wouldn’t save them. Useless. Not even worth one star. Get Emirates to help you sort it out. Or just don’t bother.

Eurowings ist wahrscheinlich einer der technisch am schlechtesten aufgestellten Airlines im Moment. Da funktioniert nichts. Man bekommt eine Email, dass man einchecken kann, öffnet den Link und die Webseite findet den Flug absolut nicht. Name stimmt, Buchungscode stimmt, aber die Webseite kann es nicht. Mit der App funktioniert das Einchecken, aber leider auch vollkommen nutzlos. Man checkt ein, aber bekommt keinen Bordingpass. Den darf man „kostenlos am Eurowings Check-in-Schalter abholen“. Kostenlos! Da wird Unfähigkeit mit Arroganz kompensiert. Bei den meisten Airlines checkt man seit 15 bis 20 Jahren online ein und hat einen Bordingpass. Da muss man nicht zu einem Check-In-Schalter. Wenn Eiurowings bei dieser sinnlosen Zeitverschwendung „kostenlos“ schreibt, dann doch nur weil es in der Lebens- und Arbeitszeit ihrer Kunden keinen Wert sieht. Ich verstehe nicht, dass so veraltete Fluggesellschaften überhaupt noch an regulären Flughäfen starten. Man erwartet ja 2026 ein gewisses Leistungs- und Serviceniveau und Eurowings hängt da leider 20 Jahre zurück.
Die App zeigt nach dem Einchecken kein Gate an, keine Bordingzeit … Man sieht aber, dass es den Flug und die Reservierung gibt. Dafür gibt es dann doch 2 Sterne. ⭐️ ⭐️

Not a native app, hangs
Just a wrapper to website, lots of odd design choices, often times out before getting your boarding pass. Needs a rebuild.

I have put in my name, telephone number and email at least 7 times when trying to book 2 flights. It’s the worst flight app I have ever used with 10s of steps to purchase. They don’t even take apple pay.

Pure Rip Off
To finalise the check in I HAD to choose a seat, no random seat selection possible. Then - what a surprise - only extra leg room seat apparently were available. So I had to pay extra, no choice. Was my first time in ages to fly with Eurowings again, unfortunately the quality has changed to the worse - Not going to chose Eurowings again.

I have already checked in online and I am trying to change my seat. Nowhere on the website can I find out how to do this. So frustrating!!!! I will look for a phone number but that is not obvious either. I don’t find the website easy to operate at all despite the fact that I use Eurowings several times a year.

Very Straightforward Booking Process. Customer friendly.
Check-in process slow
Did not offer to scan my passport, had to enter manually. Credit card details (saved in browser) did not autopopulate. Unclear if my Lufthansa or United profile was accepted to be linked.

Dates!
I used the iPhone app. The dates seem to only be entered through a simple calendar starting on the current date and moved by an arrow per month. As my birthdate is 65 years before can we do the maths on the number of clicks ? Some field testing UX needed app developers.
