I have not had any negatively at all. Not always the car I requested,but an upgrade. Prices are fair.
Missing functionality
Went to the rental location, but they ran out of cars (Sixt did not honor the rental despite having a valid booking).
Tried to cancel the booking: not possible, they offer you to chat with an AI agent.
Tried to cancel: not possible because the rental is ongoing according to the app.
Tried to chat with the AI agent: it asks you for your booking number (which is only available in the app). So you need to exit the chat to go and copy and paste it.
It is such a frustrating experience. Does anyone ever test this stuff?!

I recently again rented a car from the Sixt branch at Split Airport and had an outstanding experience as always. The staff were welcoming, efficient, and focused on making the rental process smooth. I was initially excited to see a new comer with premium cars. Tried them in multiple cities. Mixed results with service. Hope you get your act together. We need a premium car service. Hertz Gold is no longer an option.
