An expensive ride!
Was great to get on a bike and get moving in the sunshine to get home from work…even better to be powered by electric up all those redway slopes! But the ride was more expensive than a taxi! Now I’m all for moving over static but please make the Dott rides more affordable. If you want to encourage people to get moving and using the redways, make your off the cuff bike hire pricing cheaper than a taxi ride home please 🚴♀️

Phone holder and poor quality
My phone fell twice, and the road wasn’t even that bumpy. So the phone holder, the acceleration, and overall the quality of the bike was by far far worse than Lime. I regret purchasing the monthly pass.

The customer service is 90% ai and they make it impossible to speak to a human, will overcharge you constantly and take ages to refund basic robbery

Go 1 second over and you are charged for a whole additional minute.
This happened to me when the app froze on the parking photo part of ending the ride.
Once you have clicked end ride the timer should pause for the photo stage!
You should charge by the second or round down.
Charging by the minute around Bristol clearly encourages reckless riding too.

They are not for people who want to go from a to b, they are for people who want to go fr bad parking area outside of town to miles away somewhere else. Not sure if it is the council regulation or them. But terrible service with a bad app.

Avoid!!!
Avoid, other Apps work much better. Picked a scooter up at the train station, it didn’t start, just displayed 14E. When I tried to park it again, I was told it was not possible and had to take the scooter to a parking area. I then had to drag the unresponsive scooter several hundred meters before I was able to park it. To make things even worse I was then charged for 3 minutes of using the scooter. Will be deleting the App.

Copenhagen Pricing
Using the bicycle in Copenhagen was insultingly expensive. $25 for 30 minutes or so. Absolutely insane, avoid at all cost.

Hard to use app and system. Hard to connect a credit card and it just offered a discount to share a code that then didn’t share! Help also hard to find

Από τις χειρότερες εμπειριες!!πήρα το πατίνι για να πάω στο προορισμό μου ,φτάνοντας στον προορισμό μου συνειδητοποίησα ότι δεν καλύπτει η περιοχή το πάρκινγκ και έπρεπε να γυρίσω πίσω και να το αφήσω στο πάρκινγκ με αποτέλεσμα να περπατήσω με τα πόδια μέχρι το σπίτι 15’!που υποτίθεται το πήρα για να γλιτώσω 20’ περπάτημα!όχι για να βασανιστώ και να το αφήσω στου διαόλου τη μάνα που είχε για πάρκινγκ!
