It’s hard to beat the Colosseum and the pantheon and Vatican City, but on the last night in Rome, we drove the scooters around for an hour, and it was the best experience of our 18 days
Ride issues and Payment etc
The phone holder completely useless won’t even fit inside a supported iPhone 15 pro max, cracked my screen. Secondly, payment issues, since today each time I’m trying to make my ride start it just wouldn’t let me and gives me some error message about try different payment method, I’ve been using Apple always and this time it won’t let me so what I did was enter my card information and still declined it’s like all the money I’m paying to them goes into waste.

Harsh ride, harsher customer support.
Bound to break your spine on every bump and cobble stone, slow as hell. They love to show incorrect battery life leaving you to push them to the next parking spot and pay again for another. The customer support is infuriatingly slow and unhelpful.

Die App ist einfach zu verstehen und durch die Rabatte auch sehr günstig zu nutzen. Wie für uns zur Gamescom einfach perfekt um vom A nach B zu kommen.
Es gab erst ein Missverständnis da wenn man den Scooter reserviert 2,50 abgebucht werden. Man bekommt aber das zurück was nicht gebraucht wird. Z.B. mit dem Angebot von einem Euro pro 30 Minuten. Auf jedenfall Empfehlenswert

Bester Anbieter bis jetzt
Mit dott einfach total zufrieden bisher. Ja dezent teurer teilweise, teilweise aber auch gute Aktionen / Pässe. Vom Fahrgefühl bisher einfach am besten. Ich bin sehr zufrieden :) hatte bisher auch noch nie eine überbuchung oder sonstige finanzielle Probleme via App. Nur einmal als die sich aufging und ich das Fahrzeug nicht abmelden konnte, trotz Verzögerung wurde aber korrekt abgerechnet. Damit hatte ich nicht gerechnet. Fahre schon echt lange mit Dott und bin immernoch Fan. Leider in Frankfurt sehr wenig vertreten. In Wiesbaden dafür top und fast überall zu finden.

Bad experience
People leave them in unmarked parking spots, when you unlock the bike not knowing someone left it there you get fined and have to spend your time moving it to a registered parking spot to end the ride. Logistically stupid.

I used to use these dott bikes heavily back in the day. Fun times. Decent prices compared to Lime.
They've now pulled out of the UK market, yet this app keeps sending notifications every other about free minutes or something else. But how can i take advantage?? Time to delete now, thanks for the fun.

I scanned one of their bikes, the bike didnt work. I ended the ride within 2 mins and they still deducted my money. now not refunding back. this is scam
Ridiculous pricing
The old Vois, and even when this company was Tier wasn't too bad. But I got a short scooter a few of miles yesterday and it cost £7 - uber would've been £9. This same trip used to cost half that on scooters. It's just not worth it any more, costs the same as a taxi
