Please have the app tested by some of your friends and they will tell you how bad it and what to amend.

This is a scam
I purchased a ticket through the app but in failed to add the ticket to my apple wallet. I was given a generic error message then the main screen loaded. I got no confirmation e-mail either despite entering my e-mail when purchasing the ticket and being told I’d get a confirmation email. This means I can’t retrieve the ticket I paid for. I am also finding it impossible to contact customer services. Trying to go via the chat but agent just loops me back to the booking page.

Needs more customer discovery
It’s an OK product in need of real customer feedback. Feels a bit like it was built by a team that either couldn’t talk to customers or wasn’t permitted to do so. It’s got potential. It would go even better if they opened up an api for developers to use to help with train tracking, forecasting, and schedules. It might take some of the pressure off this team who probably had more than this app to handle. Great work and I hope they can speak with customers to get better testing data in their hands!

App needs improvement
The CP app is extremely glitchy and unreliable. Given that many train stations lack appropriate information for travelers regarding arriving and departures a working app would be a great resource . My advice: print your tickets or save them to apple wallet if you have an iPhone . Don’t trust the app you keep your tickets or give you guidance .

Does not want to work
Despite my deleting and re downloading the app, keeps informing me there is no internet connection. This is utterly useless.
