Worst ever

Does not allow me to create an account because it doesn’t allow enough space for my phone number.

Clunkiest Airline App

It doesn’t remember most recent cities, or dates. There’s no easy way to go back one step so you have to start over all the time. Glitchy, slow. Calendar scroll is awkward. At the very end after inserting payment, I got an Error and the only option was to exit and start all over. I gave up and went on Expedia and purchased the same flight in about 2 minutes. I prefer buying directly with the airline bc you can select seats, but the TAP app made it impossible. Now I’ll have to call TAP for the seats. Such inefficiency for the traveler and the company.

The app doesn’t allow me to register

The app doesn’t allow me to register so how am I gonna get access to my ticket without it

Can’t check in because of app issue

When I try to check in, I het to the questions about dangerous materials in my luggage, and I select No for both questions. It then says I need to check in with an agent, which is strange, because I’m not checking any bags. So I go on the web to check in, and when I get to the questions about dangerous materials, the Yes/No options are in opposite positions. When I select No, I can check in. Looks like they don’t test checking in via the app one single time.

2026 and still cannot build a functional app

This app is outrageous. 2026, AI available and still they cannot create an app that works. Cannot log in, cannot book a flight, cannot checkin. Error, error, error, error. Shame

Me ofrecieron un Upgrade y me engañaron

Me ofrecieron un Upgrade por 140 $ extra y los acepté y resulta que me hicieron el upgrade solo en el vuelo final de mi viaje que es un vuelo de 9 horas con 1 escala, la escala solo dura una hora y me hicieron el upgrade en ese vuelo final de una hora y no en el vuelo completo ni en el primer vuelo de 7 horas, son unos estafadores por que no te dicen nada claro, y no te dan reembolso, dice muy claro que no existe reembolso, no vuelvo a viajar nunca más con esta aerolínea, es mi primera y última ves, ojalá y quiebren como les pasó a spirit, no vuelen nunca con esta aerolínea es malísima, ando en este momento en el aeropuerto esperando para abordar mi vuelo y aparte tiene 2 horas de retraso, primera y última ves que me subo a uno de sus aviones….

Can’t open my app

Tap Air is horrible, don’t use it for your travel if you can avoid it

My friends and I had a flight scheduled at 6pm. For zero reason, two of us were not registered on the flight and were forced on a later flight. We have confirmation from Tap Portugal that tells us we’re on the flight at 6pm. Mind you, this is all after they moved our flight one full day earlier in an entirely different city. The communication is awful too. I’m not sure how this airline exists still after seeing all the reviews.

Horrible experience

This app is virtually unusable. Logging in is extremely difficult, and I encountered constant errors throughout the process.
After finally managing to purchase a ticket online, my experience only got worse. The TAP Air Portugal staff were unhelpful, unprofessional, and exceptionally rude. The combination of a dysfunctional app and poor customer service made for a very frustrating experience.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this airline if possible.

Not even functional

Cannot view my booking, can’t create an account. Keeps coming up with unknown error. It’s useless. What’s the point of having an app?

Surprisingly poor App for such a strong airline.

The experience is slow. Errors are constant, and App far too complex for simple tasks. Too many steps, unclear flows, frequent glitches make it frustrating to use. In today’s standards, this needs a serious overhaul - simpler, faster, and more reliable.

Worst Airline Ever

First time i have ever left a review for any app or anything really. Our flight was delayed by 2hrs, so we sat on the tarmac for 2hrs for what would be a 7hr flight. When we landed in our layover destination, we had missed our connecting flight due to the delay. The next available flight was over 12hrs later and they only gave us 28 euros for food for the entire day even though we would be there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. On top of this, they force you to check in at the counter, but each time they only have 2 employees, so you will be waiting anywhere from 30-60min in line. They also force you to check in your carry-on if you exceed a poorly advertised weight limit. On our way back home, we were forced to wait over an hour in line to check in. I got so fed up that I called customer service and was on hold for over an hour. They never picked up or called back. They seemed to be taking 10min per customer. We barely made it to our flight because they only 2 employees working the check in desk. Somehow, the employee that checked us in also ended up being the person at the gate scanning our boarding passes. It seems this airline is the doing the absolute most possible to maximize profits to the point where their operations is extremely inefficient. The memes or jokes you have heard about spirit are usually just jokes. For TAP Portugal, it is their modus operandi. Never fly this airline!

O aplicativo funciona muito mal, não consegue carregar as reservas! Muito lento…. Na verdade não serve para nada!

O app é bem completo, porém após a última atualização está dando erro ao abrir MINHAS VIAGENS… fica tudo cinza

…nämlich grottig. Man kann sich bei seinem Benutzerkonto nicht anmelden. Mind. 20 sekunden gewartet, der Spinner drehr sich einfach unendlich weiter..
