I Don’t Feel Alone
It’s SO comforting to watch people experience the same challenges I do. A ‘normal” person, for example, can’t comprehend why it takes 10 minutes to change an adult brief or how difficult day to day living when you’re somewhere without grab bars.
Great resource for wheelchair users!
I love that there is content for workouts for wheelchair users that is upbeat, well structured and easy to follow along.

I LOVE this app! I am a wheelchair user and these workouts were made for wheelchair users BY wheelchair users! I LOVE the 2 weekly workouts and ability to enter your own workout (I do this for my PT time)

I really appreciate that the trainers in the videos also use wheelchairs and know exactly what they are doing to truly help those of us in a similar situation as a wheelchair users Just because a trainer has read about how to train someone with a mobility challenge it’s not the same as living it. Jesi & Nikki are rockstars! I tell all of my friends about Wheel with me adapt fit app.

Wheelchair workouts
App had a crash out trying to tell me I needed to pay for another year, but it caught up again somehow. Great app still (when it’s not glitching)

I love this app!
I love the variety of workouts for wheelchair user that the app offers. From strength training, standing frame workouts, follow along programs, bodyweight only workouts, mobility and recovery, and bed workouts. Good for any type of wheelchair user and spinal cord injury level if using the proper equipment! Plus there are classes to follow along with 😍💪🏼

Personally for a while now, I’ve been struggling with transferring from my wheelchair to the bathroom toilet. Seeing videos on how other people, who may have been in a wheelchair longer than I have, makes my life a lot easier, and so much safer, so I’m not falling all over the place, or hitting surfaces of my wheelchair on impact.

This is an awesome app. I have been waiting for somebody to do a App like this for a wheelchair users I have been permanently in a wheelchair since 2015 and I’ve had to adapt regular workouts to fit me being in a chair and it was so hard to do andVery discouraging. But I have already done one work out with this app and I love it already thank you.

I would be lost without this app. It’s my daily therapy and how I hold myself accountable for my exercises.
Arms Are Heavy
I loved the arm exercises. I must purchase the rubber bands so I can do my resistance arm exercises. Thank you and I will continue to work on my arms to make them stronger.,
Why are videos crashing?
Love it so far, but some of the videos crash midway through the work out, so I can’t give it the five stars. Hope that it gets fixed soon!
Love the fitness for wheelchair users app
This is the first app I’ve used that is perfect for me as a full-time wheelchair user. Challenging and gets my heart rate up in quick and fun exercises. Easy to get in a quick workout in the morning or evening. Love this so much!
