Outstanding and friendly app
Most of the times it’s cumbersome dealing with transporters and drivers while moving material from one state to other. Have made two deliveries with Wheelseye and I can surely say that my experience has been flawless. In fact , the rates on app are at-least 10% cheaper than market rates. Their coordinator, Pawan Ji is helpful and courteous.

Waste
Just wasted a few hours of my time .. there a telecaller called immidiatly after installing and he just repeats without even understanding what the app do .. when I posted with no responses and K asked him how do you operate he says nonsense .. just kept some telecallers and trying to advertise and don’t think they ver done any truck booking

On time transport
WheelsEye provided truck to me in 30 minutes and the service was very good, support and GPS tracking was on point, would recommend to others

Not worth to use this app
They promise to get vehicles in less price and in quotations it’ll be less and as soon as we head to the next step price starts changing. And at final booking the price will 50% double the quoted price. First understand our budget or analyse the market else just don’t say yourself a leading company.

Pathetic team behaviour not Upto the standards
I have tried making a booking choose the highest amount on which there is good chance of getting a vehicle WHEELS EYE customer care team member calls and there starts the issues 1. The phone line which they call is not clear and audible 2. The person on the other aide took it as burden and not able to help me get through the process. 3. If rate and availability is decided only on call and these app prices aren’t valid why to have this app on first place. 4. Took them a whole day to say that it will be 20k costlier then the price shown online on the app 5. It’s been a month they aren’t varify my gst details which took hardly 1 minute.

Pathetic customer addressing. I receive call every other day to book a truck even though I have said it was a one time requirement. They disturb my sleep and start harassing !! Especially Vinay!

Goods Went Missing for 2 Days
I had booked a vehicle from my factory till my customer’s factory. The vehicle came in a few hours and everything seemed fine. The driver said that he wouldn’t stop on the way and would deliver the goods in approximately 10 hours. Next day when I opened the app, the vehicle was not traceable and the driver was unreachable. On contacting the Wheelseye executives they told me that the vehicle wasn’t verified and they can’t track it either. After a few hours of incessant calls, the vehicle owner agreed to move ahead to the destination.
Long story short, this app is extremely unreliable and I wouldn’t recommend using this for large consignments.

For household items.
I m sad to say that they are not arranging trucks for household. I m not understanding booking truck for household or any other item how it makes differnce. They should include this facility in this app. Because in name of household transportation everyone is charging double the amount. Jus for providing truck they are charging double. Wheelseye can also fix this. I m happy to see these change in coming days.🙏🏻
