Didn’t get full access to data after purchasing the data

I was prompted to make a one time purchase of 2025 data to get full access. I did the purchase directly on the app through Apple Pay and after the purchase was successful I still didn’t get the full data. The app is still asking me to purchase the data to see all the information for 2025 calendar

Good app, confusing purchase

I love this app and I feel it does give accurate info on the best times to taste wine, but I am confused if I need to buy the app yearly or if it was a one time purchase? I purchased it last year and in the menu it said “one time purchase” but it is asking me to purchase again. Thanks!

Paid for the upgraded features of the app, and 13 days later it’s still prompting me to purchase the paid version.

Hello! Sorry you're having an issue. Occasionally the purchase doesn't 'register' properly, but 'restoring purchase' can force it to do so. To 'restore purchase' click on the 'Settings' page of the app (accessible via the 'cog' icon at the top of the main screen), where you would normally purchase this year's data, then click 'Restore Purchase.' Purchased the $4.99 upgrade but not working!

Love this app so I finally decided to give in and pay the $4.99 for the rest of the 2024 calendar and it doesn’t work!!?? Looks like I’m not the only one this has happened to? Please help and fix this or give me a refund!

I love this app

So much so that I paid 4.99 for the data for the rest of 2024 and I still do not have access to any future dates in the year… but I definitely was charged for the in app purchase.
Doesn’t really tell you how to update or fix it… help!
