Bug issues but love!

I love this game, but have had some issues throughout. No app support, level up transition issues, redownloading app to start again at level 1. Hopefully I hear back from the message I sent to their website’s contact form ASAP before I get too frustrated and deleted it altogether. After checking on Facebook, I learned nobody else can get app support assistance for this game nor have heard back from anyone when trying to reach out either.

Tapjoy scam

Was on another game was offered to download this one for rewards but I didn’t get them, the same thing with every game recommended by tap joy so I’m giving it one star. I did what I needed to do. I didn’t gather rewards I was supposed to get it down to the developers associating themselves with a company that clearly doesn’t fulfil what it offers is to why I give 1star

Glitchy

At the beginning everything was perfectly fine. But now I’m into the 20s levels and it keeps glitching. It closes out on me constantly and when I get back in, everything that I’ve already found, I have to find all over again. And it will show that I have more objects to find than I actually do. That and the very short amount of time that I have to find all of these objects are making it pretty much impossible to pass any of the 20s levels. I’ve been stuck on the same level for days and it shouldn’t be that way.

Glitched and impossible

Up until you get to the levels in the 20s it’s good so far, but once you hit the 20s it’s impossible and very glitchy. First off they want you to find over 200 items with a small amount of time, which makes it impossible to pass if you don’t pay for hints. Also some items aren’t even on the screen at all, so you’re looking for nothing. Then also when you have finally found everything, the level just stays there and doesn’t move on.

Jogo bem legal e viciante, tem muitas propagandas o que cansa. Quero relatar tb que o nível 23 4/6 está com erro. Acho todos os objetos e ele não finaliza.

One of the worst games I’ve ever experienced for ads, a forced ad every 30 seconds or so, and then before and after every level too!

Ads every 30 seconds and after the first few rounds, the timer is so short, they basically force you to PURCHASE the no-timer option, which is $10. GREED

Terrible game, horrible bugs

Other than this game being micro transaction hell, cluttered with ads that are forcibly played every 2 solid minutes, it also crashes right before you finish a level once you get to level 23 - forcing you to start from the beginning of the stage once you reload the game. I have never played such a greedy games and the only reason I got so far was thanks to the LP promised on sims FreePlay. Except surprise, surprise, it crashes before it lets you claim the rightful prize you were promised. This is what happens when the only motive behind running a game is money and scam. Horrible game, waste of time.

I have sent several emails asking for help with this issue. I have not gotten any response. I have asked for a refund and still nothing. Why is it called support when you can’t get any help or response.

Ads between each level??? NOOO - ads in the middle of each level!!!

I know ads are inevitable with any game, but this is the absolute worst game I’ve ever encountered. For example, you have 7 minutes to clear a level, and you can’t even get through it without a minimum of 5 different ads popping up - interrupting your concentration and flow while in the middle of trying to complete the level! That is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Ran out of fun!

I really enjoyed this game! I like that you had to find multiples of the same item and could only fit so many in your board at a time to boost the challenge. I finished all of the levels and was disappointed to discover that I couldn’t replay them while
I wait for new levels to be made. Can you please make it to where the levels can be repeated?
