Poor design

It took me months to figure out how to add a second student because a somewhat useless dialogue box on the bottom blocks the “add” icon and it’s not clear that there’s an option to swipe it away to reveal the button underneath. Similarly, there’s a dialogue box that pops up over the “Save” button on other screens. Non existent customer service too.

Not working

I don’t understand why the school district have selected this app. It’s been more than a week I registered and I don’t see it working for one time. Not able to add bus and student waste of time and efforts

Hasn’t worked for us once

I don’t quite know what the problem is with this app. It hasn’t worked for us once meaning the gps location of the bus rarely changes and/or updates. I called the schools admin office and they even view the app and program as a giant joke and waste of money.

It never works and worse development team, it seems fools develop this app not engineers

Never trust this app, this app is not even a joke but also gives you false delay notifications.

It is a simple GPS app how can they not make it right

Good when it’s working but…

Half the time it doesn’t work. It never works on early dismissals.
So it’s just sometimes helpful.
