Great app! Good updates!!

Really would be a cool app if it worked. 2 ranges, out of at least 10, show up for my area. Explored the map a little and don’t trust the results.

Would love an app to find ranges and local shooting locations, but this app doesn’t do that.

UPDATE: Looks like the app has been updated and is useful now. They do have a gun shop labeled as a range and I didn’t see a way to report this. But overall nice experience and good updates!

Thank you for your feedback - we are continuing to work to make the interface more intuitive. For clarification, the default map view filters on INDOOR ranges within 40 miles. You can toggle to OUTDOOR to see those facilities. We notice this review is for a prior version - an improved and updated version is available and we'd love to hear your thoughts!

Only showing NFFS member ranges.

In the whole state of Alabama and you only have 8 ranges?!?! There is over 200 in this state and you only have 8?! Guess this app has been abandoned.

You can toggle to OUTDOOR to see those facilities. Additionally, you can move the map view to other areas and tap 'Search this area' to re-run the search. This app is such a helpful resource — intuitive interface and packed with information on ranges near me. I found a new place to shoot that I didn’t even know existed and can’t wait to try it out.

Kind of useless

I downloaded this app looking for something to show me the public rifle ranges available and hoped it would give the range capability. This app gives you every single plantation wma etc without any good information about the shooting range itself except that some don’t allow public shooters to come. Google does this already.

Thank you, sincerely, for your feedback. We recognize that we are only as good as the data we have and are always encouraging ranges and gun clubs to submit and review their information for accuracy and completeness.

Worse than website

No matter what I do that map will not show any ranges even with all filters turned off. Even the website shows some of the ranges in my area but not the app. But it will list sites that are hundreds of miles away from the spot on the map that I’m actually at….

Needs an Update

I had high hopes after creating a bookmark for the website which didn’t work (iPad Chrome). Unfortunately, at least with outdoor section, the app isn’t functional either. This app, 2 years old, needs an update.

No outdoor

If they could fix the outdoor portion of this app, I would give them five stars. Finding outdoor ranges are very hard to locate, and this app would be amazing if it could just get the outdoor part working.

You can get a map but it’s slow as molasses moving around and getting details using an iPhone.

Nice idea but has bug

I cannot get the “outdoor” functionality in this app to work. It finds indoor ranges just fine. Outdoor, when pressed, leads to a totally blank, white screen. I’d give it 5-stars if they would fix this.
