Shows NOTHING

After putting my address and zip in the app, allowing it to pull my locational data from the phone, this app shows nothing at all on the entire map. I’m aware of three ranges within 5 miles of my home. One is a large gun club/store and another is a huge outdoor NRA supported gun range and competition grounds, the third is a small, personal business range and store. Nothing shows up on the map. It doesn’t matter how I tweak the filters, I get the same results... NOTHING.

Way out of date and no info on BLM Land

This app would be great if it was updated to current ranges. I find several ranges in my area that have been permanently closed for some time, yet they still populate on the map. It would also be a way better resource if there was some BLM areas shown on the map but i guess thats too much to ask considering they can’t even keep up with open ranges. Uninstalled.

NSSF - WP Engine Broken or Missing

App used to work just fine... haven’t used it in a couple of years and now when I try it, the DNS server or webpage that supports the app doesn’t recognize the app at all. Y’all might wanna get someone to see if you paid your bill!!!! Don’t waste your time downloading this app!!!

Enough.....I’m glade it free!

Ok...today is Saturday April 11, 2020 & we are in the middle of a pandemic. Just trying to look up something and thought this app would help find a range near me. I love this Idea, but.....I real do like to use 2 fingers to zoom in and out or toggle the screen to move to a different location(s). Also, once u pick a location and you go to there website you can’t flip back to this app. You have to close the app and start over again. Very annoying....for the creator of this app.....have you read your reviews.....or are u just ignoring them?

When it works

When the app is working, it is decent. However, as of late it keeps dropping out.

Not functional

I thought the app might be better than the website, but it is just as bad. Maybe the app is worse. The buttons and menus don’t work and the city search is over ridden by current location.

Not useful

Results are out of date and the user interface appears to be broken. Map loads in the top half of the screen while the bottom is blank - and stays blank when you tap a location for more information it loads in a modal while that half the screen stays blank.

This app doesn’t work right at all had this app on a iPhone 4s and it work ok .I now have a iPhone 7 and reinstall this app three times and it will not list the ranges like it did before . And it is to sensitive using the map and it will mess up using the map. It should be quick a d easy to use and it’s not. This is Abigail disappointment to me.

Not really functional

This app reminds me a apps from several years ago. It barely functions. When you do get ranges listed in your area, it’s nearly impossible to select them and if you do get them selected, there’s precious little info. Not at all what I hoped for. It’s much easier to use google and search for gun ranges. Google is much easier to use and much more information.

Needs improvement

This could be MUCH better. The app does find the ranges in my area, but the map is very sensitive and touchy. Took several zoom ins and taps to finally select the range I wanted to see. Biggest disappointment is that the app is very low on information for the ranges and doesn’t seem to link to the range’s website. So I guess I have to go to a web browser and look up the range website there. For doing that, I might as well just look all of it up in a browser and skip the app altogether. I hope improve this app to link to the range websites. An added touch would be to link to the weather forecast so we can easily see what the weather will be like on our planned shooting day.

Buggy, slow, glitchy

The title says it all. This app has promise but fails to deliver. Map cannot reliably be zoomed around to look at search results and frequently freezes or crashes when trying to do so.

Very useful app... but needs updating.

This has been a really handy app and one that I've used a great deal. Rarely any issues encountered other than once in a while being a tad slow while searching.

One BIG issue has appeared. When I attempt to open the app, a message/alert window pops up stating that this app is now incompatible & will require the developer to update prior to it functioning.

Admittedly this is an older map (2013-ish) but if it's going to be listed at all then it should have at least a minimalist update as soon as possible.

Consistently gave it 4-5 stars throughout my years of using it. This issue is a true game stopper however, and as such it cannot merit higher than 1-2.

Terrible

It doesn't show any of the shooting pits in the area. Also I can't get the map to work properly. It won't let you look at any of the ranges, or give the name. It simply shows the location. The map also keeps centering itself over the last loaded range every time you lift your finger from the screen. I deleted it immediately.

Nice App, Could Be Better

Overall, it's database is fairly large, and functionality with plugs to mapping and directions are pretty slick.

I've noticed it doesn't have some well known ranges, and had been off on one search by 90 miles. Most searches were accurate. If used as a filter for further study, it is a very good app.

Might crash on search

It works well when their web site is working. The app breaks when the web site fails, so pick the one you want to use. There's no point in using both.

Works as needed

It can't find all the private ranges around me but when I travel it helps me get around when I need to shoot a few rounds down range.

Great app!

With over 100,000 downloads, you'd think there would be more reviews. This is a great app. Highly functional and extremely useful. 5-stars!

Great Resource

This is a very handy resource. You can spend an hour on google trying to find a range, or five minutes with this app. Also why is this 17+ for fear and frightening situations, could *shudder* Apple be anti-gun?

Great Utility App

Heard about this on ShootingUSA on the Outdoor channel and it lives up to all claims and is very easy to use. I highly recommend this app.
