Where Were We?

You and your friends have stood in the same spot a hundred times. The corner table. The bench by the water. The kitchen at someone's party. This is a small game built on those places, for the handful of people who were actually there. Here is how it works. You post a photo from somewhere you went together. You drop a pin on the real spot, or let the photo's saved location suggest one, and you always confirm it yourself. You add one line of the story. Then the friends who were there try to remember the exact spot and drop their own pins from memory. The reveal is the whole point. Everyone's guesses appear on the map at once, the true spot drops in, and your one line unrolls underneath. Sometimes someone nails it to the meter. More often you find out that the four of you remember the same afternoon in four different places. "You really thought we sat over there?" That is the game. This is not GeoGuessr with a friends list. It is not about knowing geography. It only works because you were there. A stranger cannot play it, and that is the point. The people who were there are the only ones who can guess, and they are the only ones who get to argue about it after. It stays small on purpose. Invite only. You start a crew and share a code. There is no public feed, no discovery, no strangers, no followers. Four to eight friends is the sweet spot. No ads. No tracking. We do not run any analytics or advertising code, and there is nothing to sell your attention to. Your photos are private. They live in a locked storage bucket and are shown to your group through short lived signed links, never on a public page. You are in control. You can delete any spot you posted, wipe your whole location history, leave a group, and delete your account entirely, all from inside the app. Sign in with Apple, make a crew, and post the first place. The best rounds are the ones where nobody agrees.
