Not worth for 15k my sons watch is not even showing the location now
Location services don’t work.. No video calling from app or vice a verse
I am never able to track the location, no support

App is slower and gps not updated quick enough.
Placing calls through app is slower than calling directly. Also device wrongly shows offline even when it is on.

Неможливо додати членів родини. Імʼя не вводиться. Завжди вспливає щоб імʼя було більше 8 символів. Таке і пишу, але що разу теж саме. Чи то не доробка приладу чи додатку! Хрєнь якась. Розчарована.
Good effort but seriously needs to improve
It’s a nice app for watch out wearables! The watch is really nice but the app is really disappointing.. the language in half the app is wrong, it lacks some essentials and really doses feel like the app it ought to be for the watch. Please improve

Перестал работать трекер.
Вероятно, после последнего обновления перестали присылаться обновления о перемещении ребенка в неактивном состоянии телефона, в том числе и SOS-уведомления. Если зайти в программу и посмотреть уведомления, то все работает через раз. Короче, очень разочарованы этими часами, выброшенные деньги. Будем покупать другие не этой фирмы.

У меня пустой профиль и не могу добавить ни контакты, ни настроить трекер, все пусто, есть только кнопка сохранить(((

Horrrible
Horrible ...neither the app or the watch work as advertised. Watch worked twice —max! Beyond disappointed. This does nothing for the safety and security of my child and is beyond unreliable. I’ve contacted customer service more than once and nothing works! There’s a language and it did not come with a manual! I do not think the device or app are intended for the U.S. because we’ve been able to make 1 call! The device was off while on holiday from school and now the app and device do not recognize each other...an error message when trying to scan bar code and says IMEI is invalid when trying to input manually.

Nefasta aplicación, no funciona, en lugar de estar tranquilo, estoy mas intranquilo por que falla demasiado la aplicación! Y solo te venden el servicio mensual con Movistar

Fue un lío configurarlo y tuve que usar traductor de chino. Las notificaciones push no funcionan. Por favor necesito soporte ya que invertí mucho dinero en el reloj.

No puedo configúralo y jamás me contestan en el teléfono del soporte.
