Horrible ...neither the app or the watch work as advertised. Watch worked twice —max! Beyond disappointed. This does nothing for the safety and security of my child and is beyond unreliable. I’ve contacted customer service more than once and nothing works! There’s a language and it did not come with a manual! I do not think the device or app are intended for the U.S. because we’ve been able to make 1 call! The device was off while on holiday from school and now the app and device do not recognize each other...an error message when trying to scan bar code and says IMEI is invalid when trying to input manually.

Started good BUT!!!
Once you get the Moochies watch setup with this app then it all goes wrong... as in it doesn't work, the app shuts down when you try opening. This makes the tracking features unusable. Not happy!

Moochies is not compatible to iPhones
As lovely as the watch is.. the app doesn't work with iPhones. It constantly crashes and won't work. Yes you can still phone your child but you cannot track them if they ever get lost as the app won't open up and constantly crashes so it isn't fit for purpose :( very upsetting for the cost. Also unsure how to switch it to 12hour clock- possibly something the app may allow but as the app doesn't open after the initial registration it's impossible to know

Bought the Moochies GPS tracker phone which uses this app.
Every time the app finds the phone it quits!?
Tried emailing several times, (no telephone available?) and no reply!?!?
It's been a couple of months now so opening a PayPal dispute and complaint to App Store!
Very Expensive useless app when you consider the price of the 'watch'!!!
