Doesn’t work

I downloaded the app for my kid’s school. I clicked use location only went on this app and it’s saying it cannot work that I need to change settings of location and I did put always and it still won’t work. I also deleted the app and download it again and still doesn’t work. Oh well. Just wasted the me.
