This company was probably a good one years ago. Today they are holding my refund for information that my preparer and her lawyer sent to them TWICE. I’ll call and ask questions and a new Indian person gives me the run around everytime ! I recommend you DONT use refundo

What is the point of this app when you can get the Irs app and it does the exact same thing. why have a middleman if you don’t need one.

If you can’t get an answer from the IRScregarding a $5,000 refund that has been overdue (since October 2021 with no letter or explanation) this app is no good!
Worthless!
Confusing. Stuck in a worthless loop. Completely hopeless. Keeps telling me to phone. The phone number answers by saying they are too busy and hangs up on me. Great!!

For people who only have a phone to go online the process is arduous & time consuming.
Both the Federal & State (CT) were difficult to use. Having the back button so close to the area where the answers were input and having to scroll so far to even see the “Next” option also made it easy to make mistakes.

IRS stimulus check
I have put in my right Social Security # & my right address,date of birth,& zip code & I keep getting that my information is not right! I did not get my second stimulus check for $1400! I have a Direct Express Card from the Social Security office,so what’s the problem? I don’t have a bank account because I don’t need one! I have access to any bank when I need my money,so what’s the problem?!

An over glorified collection of bookmarks
Literally all this does is open browser windows using the irs.gov usual stuff. Fine, I guess, for those with trouble Googling. Haven’t tried state sites as my state has no income tax returns.

The same exact info on IRS.gov and TurboTax is the same correct info the app gave me! I cross referenced for accuracy after reading some of the low rated reviews. In my opinion the app is a time saver and takes you directly to your refund status. Users need to slow down and take the time to read before getting upset and trashing the app!! 🙄
