Helped me find my bus đ
Sucks
My son was logged into the app last year and I got notifications on him. Around the second to last month of school the app kicked him off and wouldnât recognize him. Iâve tried putting him back in there to no avail, but when I talk to transportation everything is working fine on their end. This year both my son and daughter are on the bus, and I canât seem to get either logged into the app. Despite transportation saying they can see both have gotten onto or off the bus, the app for the parent portion doesnât recognize my son and tells me my daughter doesnât have an assigned bus. Can you fix your app, please?

Great app butâŠ
I absolutely love and appreciate this app! It gives parents like me peace of mind knowing my child made it safely to school and back home! Especially with a kindergartener starting this year but this app, for me at least, only works 40% of the time. Most times, itâs says it doesnât have a connection and forces us to exit the app and my children have missed many buses due to this. Wrong pickup times, wrong bus numbers etc., the list could go on! Weâve deleted and redownloaded so many times and that doesnât seem to ever fix the problem. And if this is happening to me, it has to be happening to others. Like I mentioned, I love this app and appreciate it so much as a parent but the bus it experiences without regular updates caused me to give it 3 stars.

Bus drivers
The drivers hardly seem to ever use and/or turn it on. It is good when it works, but the drivers fail to use it, tje app is essentially useless
Need to be updated in real time
The app will say that the bus will arrive at 4:26, and is 27 minutes away and then I hear a bus pulling up as Iâm leaving the restroom at 4:14. Please update in real time

I absolutely LOVE being able to track the bus and I love that I get a notification when my child is picked up and dropped off.
Unreliable and disappointing
I am very disappointed with this app. My childrenâs school uses it to track their school buses, and while it has one of my childrenâs bus information in the system, it still does not show my youngest daughterâs bus. Both of my children ride the bus.
I have submitted multiple requests to have my youngest daughterâs bus added, but nothing has been done. This makes the app unreliable because I canât track both of my children, which is one of the main reasons parents use it in the first place.
An app designed to help parents keep track of their childrenâs buses should respond to requests like this much more quickly. Until this issue is resolved, I canât recommend this app.

Great bus locator
We used to have lots of trouble with the bus, drivers getting lost, arriving late, etc. Now we can see where are kids are, what the route is, and know when they'll be at the stop. It's been a true life saver. The only downside is when they use a reserve bus that doesn't have tracking on it. But as long as it's our regular bus & driver (which it usually is) this app works great.

Works maybe
This app always has bugs where you can use it perfectly fine one day but the next, you canât even load the maps. Sometimes the bus isnât even close to being where it shows and the ETA isnât accurate, if it shows at all. This app is a nice concept though.
Pros and cons
i had it before the update and i must say the new update and new reversions app is so much better the only problem is sometimes the app shuts down unexpectedly and then the times are incorrect or it might be the bus is somewhere else when the time says 3 minutes away rushing outside. This is coming from a middle schooler who had this for 2 years i also use it for my sister to pick her up. I recommend but i suggest being careful due to SOMETIMES false info

More Issues than not!
When the app works, itâs great but over the last school year it has been so unreliable. The app doesnât load the maps, the bus shows itâs further away than it actually is, and thereâs no ETA shown anymore. Whatâs the point of having updates (the off chance there is one) if there are still the same issues? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times to force an update but that hasnât helped either. Right now I canât get to customer support in the app because it keeps telling me itâs loading the map. This app needs a total overhaul!

The information is never correct. Never the correct bus. Never the correct stop displayed. Very very unreliable.

It helps me find the bus so Iâm barely late, but sometimes sometimes they are little glitches except for those glitches. I would suggest getting the app.
