Cannot recover user/pass
Unexpectedly, the app closed my session and I couldn’t remember my username. I had already add the device info, so I couldn’t manage the device any more. Waiting for a response from the developer to realize whether or not is possible to do something to solve the issue.
Cannot enable watch
I cannot enable the watch with all the details added.
GPS not working
The date and time zone keeps reverting to China even though it confirms that the different time zone has been set.
On the tracking setting the watch keeps saying stationary battery even though it is moving in a car and the time of the tracking is also completely out!!
What is going on? It worked perfectly, and all off a sudden it’s all gone wrong??? We didn’t change anything and the watch has airtime.

Not sure why we can’t connect to the watch- trying to reinstall the watch it says the watch are registered and cannot be reinstalled. Has something happened to the app as our connection failure started in Aug 2017.
Don’t buy the watch!
My son saved his money to buy a watch...the battery lasts for about 15 min. So you will be able to track your child from the living room to the bathroom. That is it!
