Response from developer

An answer notification is pushed immediately after each question notification. But first you have to create an active time for it to push notifications. Reach out to me directly (tjaychristensen@gmail.com) if you don't understand. 2-star reviews hurt a new app, so I'm hoping we can resolve the misunderstanding and you will update your review. Apparently I don't get notified when there's a new review or I would have responded right away!

Innovative approach!

WitchPitch seems like an effective tool to begin recognizing colors in sounds by identifying the common attributes of a note across multiple octaves and timbres. For example, all C notes will have the same inherent color qualities whether it’s a concert piano or nails on a chalkboard. The learner is encouraged to recognize these unique sound qualities through repetition, eventually internalizing each individual note’s color.

Response from developer

Thanks for the informative review, and I agree! That's exactly what WhichPitch is designed to do.

The only perfect pitch app that could really work

Sure, maybe I am the creator of this app, but I still truly believe it’s the only app that can effectively help people learn absolute pitch. And now that it’s finally out, I can stop testing and start using it myself to learn! I’ll update this when I’ve succeeded.

Great app!

Perfect for ear training!
