Does not work
Tried twice to book a cab through this app. Both the times I scheduled it 3/4 hours in advance. But the cab never reached.
Good service , but app not good
The services offered by whide are good , especially no surge pricing
However the app itself has some challenges like
1. It doesn’t pick correct location
2 . Doesn’t allow user to identify a pick location of his choice
3. As of now my app is hang, as one of the driver aborted the trip . Now the app is asking me to pay 0.00. Which I am not able to pay technically,thus can’t book nee service as App doesn’t allow me to move away from the payment screen

Useless App
Useless application, no matter whatsoever you select you will not get a result, no matter whether it’s for a cab facility or courier. Do not rely on this app.
WORST WXPERIENCE
I got recommendation to use this APP so thought to use it for a change. No doubt fare is cheaper in comparison of Uber and Ola but still I was overcharged for the Ride 3 times to what was shown to me at time of booking the ride. Driver ended up asking me to pay the toll price separately and said it’s not included in the price but later I found Toll is included in final price which is shown when you book the ride. Also I was over charged for waiting but driver didn’t reach to my exact location and I was penalised unnecessarily. When tried to reach customer services for the reversal there is no response at all. In service industry customer experience is something which plays a big role to sustain in the market. Thanks, M
